Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments, taxes, and compliance are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. In no event shall Zyntac AI, its creators, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service or any content generated by the Service.
