Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate, non-recoverable hard costs we incur from our AI API providers (such as OpenAI and Google) the moment a document is processed or a quiz is generated, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once AI credits have been utilized.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee strictly for unused subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription but realize you made a mistake, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date, provided that zero (0) AI batch credits have been consumed during that period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancelling your subscription prevents future recurring charges. You will retain access to your paid tier features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for past payments.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. If you believe there has been a billing error or a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with Lemon Squeezy before initiating a bank dispute.
