When you use Zyntac AI, we collect information you provide directly to us. This includes your email address, name, and profile picture when you authenticate via Google, as well as the educational documents (PDFs, PPTs) you voluntarily upload for the purpose of quiz generation.
We use your information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our platform. Your uploaded documents are processed securely by our backend to generate educational materials. Your private documents are never used to train public AI models, nor are they sold to data brokers.
To operate effectively, we utilize trusted third-party services. We use Supabase for secure database hosting and user authentication, and Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record to securely process all payments and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. Documents uploaded for processing are temporarily stored on secure servers and are automatically purged from active memory after processing is complete.
You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your personal information and account data at any time. If you wish to execute a full account deletion or request a data export, please contact us.
